Rianto Refund Policy

Refunds are limited to:
Overpayment or Billing Errors: Refunds for verified overpayment or billing errors will be issued.
Service Non-Procurement: If we are not able to complete your requested Service (within a reasonable timeline for the procured Service) or
if you choose to cancel an unfulfilled Service within 14 days of purchase, we will make a full refund back to you less any statutory fees, taxes, and third-party charges already advanced.
Alternative Solutions:
Rianto may offer to rectify the service or provide credit for future services as an alternative to a refund.
